How do I return my WODCRUSHERS order?

Unhappy with your purchase? we don’t want you to be disappointed!

To return something, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Give us a notice at hello@wodcrushers.com. 
  2. Once we get your email, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible! 
  3. If the return is approved (all items must be in perfect condition and have all interior labels and tags), you will receive the total amount (not including the return shipping costs) in the same way you made your purchase.
  4. Your refund will show up on your bank statement within 5 to 14 days, wodcrushers.com has no control over this.

Received a damaged product?

We are very sorry, please write us within 14 days to hello@wodcrushers.com and attach a photo of the damaged item. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible! Please consider – our team is still very small, answers may take 1-3 working days!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All returns require authorization within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for orders placed in error, such as selecting the wrong size or item. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase to ensure the correct size, color, and item are selected. Our team is here to assist you before the order is placed, so feel free to reach out to us at hello@wodcrushers.com if you have any questions or need assistance with your order.
  • Please consider – our team is still very small, answers may take 1-3 working days!
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We're not responsible for returned products which get lost during return shipping.
