What is WODCRUSHERS return policy?

Unhappy with your purchase? we don’t want you to be disappointed!
To return something, please give us a notice at hello@wodcrushers.com. All returns require authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. Once authorized, you will get the instructions for returning your products. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Keep in mind that we don't cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We're not responsible for returned products which get lost during return shipping.
Received a damaged product?
We are very sorry, please write us within 14 days to hello@wodcrushers.com and attach a photo of the damaged item. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible!.
Please consider that our team is still very small, answers may take 1-3 working days!

- We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for orders placed in error, such as selecting the wrong size or item. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase to ensure the correct size, color, and item are selected. Our team is here to assist you before the order is placed, so feel free to reach out to us at hello@wodcrushers.com if you have any questions or need assistance with your order.
- Additionally, we appreciate your understanding that our returns policy does not cover products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or show signs of wear (deo, perfume, etc.). Accessories, including Knee Sleeves, Wrist Straps, Resistance Bands, Yoga Mats, etc., with obvious signs of use, will also not be accepted for returns.
- Please be aware that we do not process returns for items received later than 14 days after delivery.
