What is WODCRUSHERS return policy?
RETURNS
We want you to love your WODCRUSHERS products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Depending on the nature of your request, we will provide you with the appropriate instructions for the return process.
Because all WODCRUSHERS products are made on demand, please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return or refund.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exemption under applicable consumer protection law applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our Withdrawal Request form available on this website.
Products that have been clearly personalized or custom-made according to your specifications are not eligible for withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
We're very sorry if this happened.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@wodcrushers.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been clearly personalized or custom-made according to your specifications;
- Products that are not returned in their original condition and show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration not caused by a manufacturing defect;
- Accessories and similar items that have been used and cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, where permitted by applicable law.
