Because all WODCRUSHERS products are made on demand, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
Order cancellations
If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation through our Withdrawal Request form or by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once production has started (for example, the item is being printed, embroidered, cut, or sewn), cancellation may no longer be possible.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exemption under applicable consumer protection law applies.
Products that have been clearly personalized or custom-made according to your specifications are not be eligible for withdrawal under applicable customer protection laws.
