Reasons why you may want to return or exchange your order

Please review our Return Policy before submitting a return or exchange request.

 

YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM


We take great pride in the quality of our products. All orders go through quality checks before they are shipped. However, if a damaged or defective item is accidentally sent out or is damaged during transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.


Depending on the circumstances, you may not be required to return the damaged item. If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

 

 

YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM


Although we carefully review every order before shipment, mistakes can occasionally happen.


If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photos of the item you received.


Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.

 

 

PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT


If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and the tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us.


If the shipping address provided was correct and the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 

 

EXCHANGES


If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your product so that we can review your request and provide the appropriate instructions.


Please note that exchanges may not be available in all circumstances and are subject to product availability.

 

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND?


If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exemption under applicable consumer protection law applies.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our Withdrawal Request form available on this website.


Products that have been clearly personalized or custom-made according to your specifications are not eligible for withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
