When can't I return or exchange an Item?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

- The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery in a way that affects its original condition and resale value.
- The item is returned without its original tags, where applicable.
- The product has been clearly personalized or custom-made according to your specifications, and is therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
- The item was sold as a Final Sale item, where permitted by applicable law.
- The returned product has been damaged due to improper use, misuse, or handling after delivery.
