Shipping and Returns Policies


We try to ship as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind, we are very small team. We process all orders Monday through Friday, shipping will be made as soon as we fulfill your order.

Each product you see in our store is made on demand, which means that when you place your order, it takes a few days for the product to be made, and then it's sent out to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on demand allows us to avoid overproduction and help us to produce less waste as we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the country and added to your order.

Free shipping

  • To the European Union and United States for orders over 100,00 €
  • To the rest of Europe for orders over 150,00 €
  • To the rest of the world for orders over 180,00 €

Please note:

  • All custom fees and duties are customer’s responsibility.
    These fees is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


  • Please check your address twice. We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.
  • If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at within the next 5 days after the estimate delivery date.
  • As we are all small family and weekend is family time. All orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Same for email support!
  • We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by any delivery company.
  • We don't offer any kind of express shipping or shipping by courier.
  • If there are any order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days. 
  • WODCRUSHERS only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees if they may apply in your country.

To return something, please give us a notice at All returns require authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Keep in mind - we don't cover the cost of return shipping. Please also follow the instructions for returns on the information sheet which you can find attached to your order. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We're not responsible for returned products which get lost during return shipping. 

Received a damaged product? we are very sorry, please write us within 14 days to and attach a photo of the damaged item. Our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible! Please consider – our team is still very small, answers may take 1-3 working days!


  • We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for orders placed in error, such as selecting the wrong size or item. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase to ensure the correct size, color, and item are selected. Our team is here to assist you before the order is placed, so feel free to reach out to us at if you have any questions or need assistance with your order.
  • Additionally, we appreciate your understanding that our returns policy does not cover products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or show signs of wear (deo, perfume, etc.). Accessories, including Knee Sleeves, Wrist Straps, Resistance Bands, Yoga Mats, etc., with obvious signs of use, will also not be accepted for returns.
  • Please be aware that we do not process returns for items received later than 14 days after delivery.
